Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse products, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details and choose a payment method. You'll receive an order confirmation via SMS.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it enters the 'Processing' stage. Go to My Orders in your dashboard and click Cancel. Once processing has begun, cancellation is not possible.
How do I track my order?
Visit the Track Order page and enter your Order ID. You'll see real-time status updates including processing, shipping and delivery information.
Shipping & Delivery
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges vary based on your location. Inside Dhaka: ৳60, Outside Dhaka: ৳120. Free shipping may apply on orders above a certain amount.
How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka: 1-3 business days. Outside Dhaka: 3-7 business days. You'll receive SMS updates throughout the delivery process.
Do you deliver outside Bangladesh?
Currently we deliver only within Bangladesh. International shipping is coming soon.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging. Some categories like undergarments and perishables are non-returnable.
How do I initiate a return?
Go to My Orders, select the order, and click 'Return'. Fill in the reason and our team will arrange a pickup or provide drop-off instructions.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection. The amount is credited back to your original payment method or wallet.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa/Mastercard, and bank transfers via SSLCommerz.
Is online payment safe?
Yes. All online transactions are processed through SSLCommerz, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your card details.
Can I pay in installments?
EMI options are available for orders above ৳5,000 on selected bank cards through SSLCommerz. Check the payment page for eligible banks.
Account & Security
How do I create an account?
Click Sign Up, enter your phone number or email, verify with OTP, and set a password. You can also sign up during checkout.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page. Enter your phone number or email and follow the instructions to reset your password via OTP.
How do I update my profile?
Go to your Dashboard > Profile Settings to update your name, email, phone number and profile photo.
